21 C-Suite is a boutique educational consulting firm created to help teens and young adults develop the high demand soft skills needed to compete in the 21st century.
Based in Dallas Fort-Worth, we were started by former educators and corporate HR executives with more than 20 years of combined experience in college recruiting, education, child psychology, organizational development, HR, and technology.

First, because we love this generation and know how to connect with them at a deep level. But we also empower them by teaching them how to be active participants in their transformation.
Whether a student or young adult is struggling with self esteem, anxiety, or just wants to learn how to connect better with peers, we walk them through our proven “7 C’s” Transformation Process which begins with identifying the root cause of whatever challenges they’re experiencing. Identifying root cause then raises their consciousness to focus on solutions rather than remaining stuck in repeating cycles. This then gives them clarity on the various paths available for them to reach their desired outcome.
The stickyness of our Transformation Process happens through our unique combination of curated challenges that help them build the courage needed to fully embody their new state of mind and the consistent contact they enjoy in a collaborative community of like minded peers.
