21 C-Suite is a boutique educational consulting firm helping parents, educators, and employers by creating safe, fun, and dynamic learning spaces where teens and young adults develop the high demand soft skills not taught in the classroom.
Based in Dallas Fort-Worth, we were started by educators and former executives with more than 25 years of experience in building high performance in education, child psychology, organizational development, team building, human resources, and technology.

The challenges facing young people today are vast and complex. But we like to keep things simple by empowering our clients to be active participants in their transformation.
Whether a student or young adult is struggling with self esteem, anxiety, or just wants to learn how to connect better with others, we walk them through our proven “7 C’s of Change” Transformation Process which begins with identifying the root cause. Identifying root cause raises their consciousness to begin thinking at the “solution” level rather than remaining stuck in the repeating cycle. This then gives them clarity on the various paths available to reach their desired outcome.
This development happens through unique challenges created specifically to help them develop the courage needed to maintain and fully embody their new state of mind. And all of this is shaped through the consistent contact they enjoy in a collaborative community of like minded peers.
