Our Founder

As a teacher, foster parent, tutor, and youth mentor, Phil Witcher brings over 25 years of experience in being a trusted resource for countless students and community stakeholders across the country.

Professionally, he is recognized for creating and leading award winning college recruiting programs with some of the most successful brands in the world, culminating in his final position as a global executive with Nike.

His visionary leadership has personally curated teams and programs that have generated millions of dollars for corporate brands while helping start the careers of hundreds of young professionals who became highly successful executives, entrepreneurs, and most importantly amazing spouses, parents, and overall human beings.
